You can purchase a Gift Card for another person by providing their name, email address and an optional message. The Gift Card will be sent directly to the recipient by email. If you buy it for yourself, the Gift Card will be sent to the email address used for the order.

If you purchase a Gift Card for yourself, you will receive the unique code by email after your order has been confirmed, once any fraud checks have been completed. If you give it to someone else, the recipient will receive the code and Gift Card information directly.

Yes, you can use the Gift Card to cover the entire amount of your order, including shipping costs. If the order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain available for future use. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you can pay the difference with a traditional payment method.

If you do not use the full balance, the remaining credit will remain on the Gift Card and you can use it in the future, as long as the Gift Card is still valid (within 12 months of purchase).

In case your order is in fraud control status, the Gift Card code may not be available immediately. It will only be sent by email after the order has been confirmed.

If you have not received your Gift Card, we advise you to:

• Check that the email address you entered during the purchase is correct.
• Wait a few minutes, as it may take some time to be sent.

In the case of a purchase with a Gift Card, if the return is made when the Gift Card has expired, the return amount will no longer be usable or refundable in any other way. Returns of orders paid for with a gift card can reload the Gift Card up to the initial value. After expiry, the Gift Card can no longer be used or refunded for the remaining credit.

The Gift Card covers the entire order amount, including shipping costs and ancillary services.
